SHIPPING METHODS AND COST

AVAILABILITY

The availability of an item is noted on the Product Detail page as one of these three categories: "In Stock”, "Coming Soon" or "Backorder." Most items are In Stock and ready to ship. Some items are either not yet available (Coming Soon) or temporarily out-of-stock (Backorder).

GFDS offers free shipping and assembling within 3KM away for orders over VND 10Million.

For orders bellow VND 10Million, Standard Ground charges will be applied depending on the location.

ONLINE PURCHASE STANDARD GROUND (3-5 business days)

Most items will be shipped to the 23 contiguous HCMC district and 7 towns of Binh Duong via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 business days after the order receipt.

ONLINE PURCHASE EXPEDITED DELIVERY (1-3 business days)

Most items will give you the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Second Day or Overnight service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by noon for Overnight and for Second Day or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Expedited delivery will be applied.

SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding legal holidays.

Delivery is by appointment Monday-Friday depending on area.

Your actual shipping and handling cost will be calculated and will be email after order confirmation.

You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until they have shipped.

Your payment will be made upon delivery and provide you with the receipt.

RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

Our return policy allows for item(s) return or item(s) replacement. However, we do have a few simple requirements for processing a return.

    The product is damaged in delivery

    Missing items/parts as indicated in the packaging

    The product does not functioning as described in its specification.

    Not the product that the customer ordered (e.g. wrong size or wrong color)

RETURNS WITH ORIGINAL RECEIPT

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, most items may be returned at our GFDS Home Store location in original condition along with its accessories within 60 days of purchase. Returns will be refunded in the same form of tender as the original transaction.

If you wish to return outside of the 60-day policy for any reason, please contact GFDS Customer Care.

RETURNS EXCEPTION

Items designated as "Clearance Sale" cannot be returned to GFDS Home Store. This information is detailed printed out included with your order receipt.

Shipping Expenses are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error. If such an event occurs, please contact GFDS Customer Care immediately to arrange the return and we will refund all shipping expenses.

Items purchased cannot be returned by mail to GFDS Home Store.
